यः सर्वत्रानभिस्नेहस्तत्तत्प्राप्य शुभाशुभम्।
नाभिनन्दति न द्वेष्टि तस्य प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठिता।।२.५७।।
Transliteration
yaḥ sarvatrānabhisnehas tat tat prāpya śhubhāśhubham
nābhinandati na dveṣhṭi tasya prajñā pratiṣhṭhitā
Meaning
He who, wherever he goes, is not attached to any person or place by ties of flesh; who accepts good and evil alike, neither welcoming the one nor shrinking from the other—take him to be one who is merged in the Infinite.

सब जगह आसक्तिरहित हुआ जो मनुष्य उस-उस शुभ-अशुभको प्राप्त करके न तो अभिनन्दित होता है और न द्वेष करता है, उसकी बुद्धि प्रतिष्ठित है।
